Collaborations are generally always a good thing especially in mens fashion, rarely do brands come together and produce a fashion disaster and this new product by Fallen and LRG is certain to be a hit. See the official release below accompanied by a “Ten Tricks Video” by none other than Tommy Sandoval (the man behind the original shoe).
“Fresh for AW’11, Fallen Footwear have collaborated with iconic streetwear brand LRG (Lifted Research Group) to create a special version of their Coronado style, which is also legendary skater Tommy Sandoval’s second pro model in the Fallen line. LRG are known for branding the modern hip hop generation, and since 1999 have been loved and worn by the likes of Kanye West and Lupe Fiasco. The colab between Fallen and LRG stems from the recent signing of Fallen rider Tommy Sandoval to the LRG team, and sees LRG denim used both frontside and reverse across the shoe, as well as LRG’s iconic Kelly green colourway for the stitching and suede tongue detail, with the LRG logo featuring on the heel and insole of the shoe.
